Your DNA is not a verdict. It is information. When you understand how your genetics, history, and environment fit together, you can stop guessing and start making choices that actually match your body.
This page will help you decide where to begin, whether you are brand new to genetics or ready for a deep dive into pathways and advanced panels.
Not everyone needs the same level of support. You can start with education, move into a personalized session, or go all the way into full genomics mapping. Here is how it breaks down.
Step 1
Start with the story and the science. DNA 123 explains genetics, epigenetics, and nutrigenomics in plain language, through real life examples and my own loss and healing journey.
Step 2
If you already have raw DNA data and want to know what it actually means for you, this is your next step. A DNA Decoding Session connects your genes with your symptoms, history, and goals.
Step 3
For complex cases, medication questions, or long standing patterns, we can move into full genomics work and clinical grade panels like PGX and MindDNA.
This work is a good fit if you:
You do not need to be “sick enough” to qualify. Many people come simply because they want clarity and a more personalized roadmap.
Do I need raw DNA data before I start?
No. You can start with DNA 123 and education only. If you want a DNA Decoding Session and do not have raw data yet, I will help you choose a lab that fits your goals and budget.
What if I already used a free genetic report site?
That is fine, but most free tools only scratch the surface. In a DNA Decoding Session we go beyond single SNPs and look at full pathways, how they interact, and how that matches your actual symptoms and history.
Is this medical care or genetic counseling?
No. I am not a medical doctor or genetic counselor. This work is educational and functional in nature. I am happy to collaborate with your existing providers whenever possible.
